| Previous post.... "The 700's have a larger exhaust turbine a/r. Although, You can get the .64 A/R as an option on them to make the A/R the same as the GT28R. The 700's are the same turbo as the GT28RS "disco potato". The GT28RS have a different turbine altogether, It's a later more updated, better designed blade than the GT28R. I have ordered my GT28R turbos in the past week. I really do not think the install will be too hard. I do believe the Compressor housing blade on the GT28RS are a little bigger than the GT28R. I will be undergoing my install very shortly. Hope this helps, Later, Shawn300zTT" Added info.. The GT28R (46654-1= Turbo) (CHRA=446179-12) Compressor housing -Wheel Dia. 60mm -60 Trim -.60 A/R Turbine housing -Wheel Dia. 53mm -62 Trim -.64 A/R The GT28RS "Disco Potato" (739548-1=Turbo) (CHRA=446179-66) Compressor Housing -Wheel Dia. 60mm -62 Trim -.60 A/R Turbine Housing (2 Available) -Wheel Dia. 53.85mm -76 Trim -.86 A/R= More flow/Power-More lag(I belive same as 700bb's) Optional Turbine Housing -Wheel Dia. 53.85mm -76 Trim -.64 A/R=Little less power/little less flow- Less Lag (Same as GT28R, but it has a larger compressor so it will flow more power) BOTH turbos are internally wastegated. Keep in mind that the GT28RS have a new/ better designed turbine/compressor blades. My personal opinion, I went with the GT28R because the GT28RS were almost $400 more PER TURBO. The GT28R will flow as much as needed on the STREET! Get some aqua mist and you'll be doing REAL NICE Well I hope this helped. Im off to go get some Bed, Later, Shawn300zTT
